BZZ1, BZZ2, BZZ3 Hydraulic steering control units(SCU), is a standard design. Its displacement is 50 to 1000ml/r, with better performance and widely application. This series units are totally interchangeable with Danfoss, Eaton and M+S .
The operation of steering control unit is completely hydrostatic. That is, there is no mechanical connection between steering column and steered wheels. Hydraulic pipes and hoses connect steering control units and hydraulic cylinders together. When steering wheel is turned, the steering control unit meters certain volume oil according to the proportion of rotation of steering wheel. This certain volume oil is directed to the proper side of steering cylinder, at the same time, the displaced oil is directed to the tank.
